Highlights Bake traditional Sámi Gahkku flat bread. Whittle your own butter knife (skilled tutor) Storytelling about Sámi philosophy, natures pantry, hunting and gathering, old preservation methods, local produce and food traditions. .
Sámi and Arctic Tapas & Tasty bits lunch* Bread, butter and range of local & traditional smoked, dried and cured wild meat, fish, greens, berries, mushrooms and cheese. Local beverages. Coffee/tea + local “coffee cheese”

Cozy and genuine Day Break at the Huuva Hideaway Guestaurant.
Highlights Try kick sledding and snowshoeing. Storytelling about Sámi culture & history.. Warm drink at the outdoor fire. Indoor meal with local and traditional food.
3-course meal* Starter: Soup, Gahkku bread, butter. Main: Creamy Souvas (smoked and fried reindeer meat) Local beverages. Swedish Fika; Coffee/tea + local speciality “coffee cheese” and home baked cake.

GENUINE SÁPMI SANTA
Authentic Christmas Spirit at Huuva Hideaway, Swedish Lapland.
Highlights Warm berry juice (glögg) with gingerbread cookies (pepparkakor) around the outdoor fire. Bird seeds to Santas little friends. Kick sled tour to find Santa. The culmination of Christmas, meet and greet with Sápmi Santa!
